Background Alissa Frey began working for the City on July 9, 2012. She has now completed the one -year probationary period required of new employees. As her supervisor, I am very impressed with her job performance over the first year and recommend that she be cleared from probation and granted full -time, regular status in the position of HR Specialist. Relationship to Vision Hiring and retaining well - qualified employees contributes to Goal E: Deliver effective and efficient public service by a staff of well- trained, caring and professional employees. Requested Action The Council is asked to recognize Alissa Frey's successful completion of the one -year probationary period required of new employees and grant her full -time, regular status in the position of HR Specialist.
