STREET RECONSTRUCTION OF APGAR STREET
PETITION
The undersigned petitioners, who own property on Apgar Street between 6`"
Avenue and 10 Avenue, have concerns about the condition of the street. This
section of Apgar Street is more than 50 years old and beyond repair. We also have
concerns as to the condition of the sanitary sewer main and services to our
property. The service lines are Orangeburg. We would like the City of Shakopee
