Michael Leek, Community Development Director SUBJECT: Resignation of Bonnie Mauritz from the Position of Building Secretary MEETING DATE: June 21,2005 INTRODUCTION: Bonnie Mauritz has submitted her resignation from the position of Building Secretary effective July 24, 2005. Bonnie played a key role in helping the City to make the transition from traditional paper recordkeeping and scheduling to computerized recordkeeping and scheduling, which has enhanced the productivity of the Inspections staff tremendously. She has also assisted the City's IT staff, which has been very helpful. I know the Council joins me in wishing Bonnie and her husband, John, all the best in the future. Council is asked to accept Ms. Mauritz's resignation with regret, and authorize the appropriate City officials to take steps necessary to fill the position of Building Secretary. June 27, 2005 Re: Termination of Employment This is to notify City of Shakopee that I will be terminating my position as Building Secretary as of July 24th.
